3rd time I have been to this shop past 4 years and on spot each time.....service is timely, they do what you ask, and at a fair price. I went to Ford Dealer local for simple EBrake repair and insisted entire Ebrake cable replacement......these guys fixed the issue with no problems and didn't even mention replacing entire EBrake system.....this is a good shop. I am so thankful I was referred to Nguyen Automotive, by the young lady at Valvoline Oil in New Albany. While having my oil changed, they were not able to secure the hood latch. She referred me to Nguyen Automotive and I called as soon as I got home safely. They were able to get me in for an appointment the next day at 10am. Kory was very polite and helpful in resolving the problem. He advised that the locking mechanism was corroded and would need to be replaced soon. It took him less than 30 minutes to get me back on the road safely! Extremely reasonable rate and one happy customer! I will definitely return when I need automotive needs.

#1 Best place to go for any car needs. These guys will get you right! If you're thinking about waiting for your car to be serviced, the seats are a little uncomfortable. Other than that, you have Roku at your fingertips.

Brought 2010 vehicle in for inspection of steering issues. Another repair shop suggested replacing steering pump and steering rack and pinion due to fluid leaks. Nguyen Automotive was more practical. The issue most probably involved only the pump. Replaced the pump with an aftermarket part to see if that solved the issue. Car is driving well. Did not have to do a complicated replacement of the steering rack. Highly recommend Nguyen Automotive. Thanks.

Tu was a great find and very helpful. He was knowledgeable on our Honda and didn’t mind taking some time to talk about the related systems involved in our oil consumption issue. His estimate and turnaround time were on par with what he said they would be. Glad to see a younger generation offering their skills under the old school business model.
